Journaling can be a really powerful practice for self-exploration, personal development, and growth. It's a practice I've been doing for many, many years, and is one that has supported my mental health and personal growth. I've processed so many experiences and learned so much about myself. I've used journaling to express gratitude and pour my heart out about things I'm passionate about.
