Take a minute to think about the last time you set a health or wellness goal. Maybe you were trying to lose weight or recover your energy, or just feel better.

Chances are, you land in one of two camps:

  1. You choose to go ALL IN on diet or exercise and you go balls to the wall, all before completing losing steam and giving up.
  2. You choose to do a complete overhaul of your lifestyle and change ALL THE THINGS, only to find that trying to keep up with all of the changes is a pain in the ass and you resolve to return to your former lifestyle.

And at the end of it all, you're on the diet, exercise, healthy lifestyle rollercoaster and you just want off the ride. For good. 

In this episode, I talk about the two traps that so many of us fall into when trying to live a healthier life. Then, I go into more detail about the four pillars that make up a badass lifestyle:

  1. Sleep and recovery
  2. Stress management and resilience
  3. Nutrition and healthy eating
  4. Movement

Within these four pillars, I go into more detail about why it matters and super simple things you can do to start implementing healthy habits, today, without feeling completely overwhelmed.
